Gabriel Lopez, CEO of Synvivia

Gabriel Lopez earned his Ph.D at the UC Berkeley UCSF joint graduate group in bioengineering. He developed a genetically encoded biocontainment technology for controlling engineered organisms. He founded Synvivia to commercialize this work.
