Dr. Gjalt Huisman is Sr. Vice President Strategic Development at Codexis Inc. In this role he focuses on applying the companies’ technology to the generation of new therapeutic proteins. He received his PhD fromt he University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School. He co-authored 45 scientific papers and is a co-inventor on >50 patents.
