Tom Simmons is Founder and CEO of Stem, a food tech company based in Cambridge that is reimagining the role of sugar in our food. They make delicious and healthy food ingredients by purifying the natural, low calorie sugars found in plants. Tom is also a mentor and supervisor at Judge Business School, Cambridge and was previously a Royal Society of Edinburgh Enterprise Fellow and a World Economic Forum Global Futures Council Fellow, both at the University of Cambridge. He is author or co-author of 12 academic articles and 3 patents.
